This is an application seeking recalling of order dated 13.3.2025, passed by this Court while disposing of petition.

We have heard learned counsel for the respective parties appearing in the matter.

Ms. Smita Dashputre, learned counsel for the applicants states that the order needs to be recalled as admittedly the respondents/applicants herein were not present when the order was passed and the petitioner has obtained the order by misleading this Court.

On deeper perusal of the record we find nothing to substantiate the plea raised by the applicants/respondents herein. The only order which is passed by this Court while disposing of the petition regarding the applicability of the

According to the learned counsel for the applicants/respondents the said G.R. is not applicable and same has been communicated to the petitioner. She tenders across the Bar Pursis along with tracking report wherein the same fact has been communicated to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, we do not find any reason to recall the order dated 13.3.2025. The application is, therefore, rejected.
