This is an application for speaking to minutes, jointly filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

By this application, the parties have prayed for insertion of a direction in the Order dated 16.09.2025 for drawing the compromise decree in terms of Compromise Deed dated 18.08.2025, pursuant to which, the parties have compromised the controversy before the Mediator. 3.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, civil application is allowed. In the Order dated 16.09.2025 para No.3 be added mentioning a sentence that "A compromise decree be drawn in terms of Compromise Deed dated 18.08.2025". 4.

Corrected copy of order be uploaded in due course.
