The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of two months' time to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner. Six months' time was granted to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner vide order dated 25/02/2025. (2) For the reasons stated in Paragraph Nos. 4 & 5 of the Application, the Application is allowed.

(3) Further two months' time is extended to conclude the enquiry and decide the caste claim of the Petitioner. However, it is made clear that the Caste Scrutiny Committee shall make all endeavours to conclude the enquiry and decide the caste claim of the Petitioner within the extended period.
