NO. 2623/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2288/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 21/11/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 2-A by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that R.No. 2-A could not be served due to insufficient address. It is further stated that respondent intentionally refused to take notice. Thus, the petitioners want to serve R.No. 2-A by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
