No.250 from the array of respondents. It is stated in the application that the above respondents are already in the select list and have already joined as Planning Assistant and some have resigned and joined the other services. Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the names of above respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to delete the names of aforesaid respondents at his own risk.
