As per office note, Notice issued to R. Nos. 3 to 5 is still awaited. As per application, the applicant has received the hamdast one day prior to the returnable date, due to that, hamdast could not be served. Thus, the applicant wants permission to serve above respondents by fresh hamdast.

Since the application is formal in nature and the same is allowed. Office to issue fresh notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
