It is stated in the application that petitioner has made all bona fide efforts to serve R.No. 2 including furnishing the corrected address. However, despite such correction and repeated attempts, the notice could not be served upon R.No. 2.

Thus, the petitioner seeks to re-issue notice to R.No. 2 on corrected address.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Office to reissue notice to aforesaid respondent on corrected address, returnable within four weeks.
