Motion was moved for speaking to the minutes. 2.

While passing the order on 10.11.2025, this Court continued the interim relief granted by this Court on 29.03.2019. However, due to inadvertence, the same was not reflected in the said order.

In view of the above, the motion is allowed and the following sentence be added as para No.6 in the order dated 10.11.2025 :

"6) Interim order dated 29.03.2019 shall continue till the disposal of the appeal by the respondent No.3-Commissioner, State Excise, Nagpur."

Accordingly, the order dated 10.11.2025 be corrected and uploaded.
