The present Application is filed by the Petitioners for grant of permission to amend the Writ Petition. The Petition is filed as the earlier daily wage services of the Petitioners was not considered for calculating the qualified service for pension. By this Application, the Petitioners seek permission to add Paragraph Nos. 22A to 22D in support of their contention and also want to place on record the judgments passed by this Court in various Petitions. (2) There is no objection on behalf of the Respondents to allow such amendment.

(3) As such, for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. Amendment, as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.
