Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed this application seeking directions against the petitioner to vacate and hand over the possession of room No.218 situated in the campus of respondent- institution.

Petitioner's services have been terminated by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 vide an order dated 15/03/2025. Kavita

The order of termination is the subject matter of the petition. Interim relief has not been granted. That being so, we find no reason, why petitioner should not vacate the premises.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall take instructions on this point. In the meantime, the petitioner may take the corrective measures.
