Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By this amendment, the petitioner seeks to place on record the subsequent development by adding paragraph Nos.19A to 19D and consequently amendment to the prayer clauses.

Learned Counsel for respondents have no serious objection to the same.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.
