As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the above respondent is shifted to new place.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication as well as by RPAD/ Speed post on his new address.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar" at Indore in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Permission to serve the respondent through R.P.A.D. / Speed Post is allowed. Necessary postage be provided.
