DATE : 08.04.2026 This is an application for amendment of the petition filed by the petitioner by which the petitioner proposes to amend the prayer clause to incorporate challenge to the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the learned District Judge -1, Kelapur in Regular Civil Appeal No.31/2020.

Although the application is opposed, considering the controversy involved and considering the fact that the petition is not yet admitted, the civil application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the civil application is allowed.

The petitioners are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment within a period of one week. 4.
