The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of two months' time to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.

(2) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that hearing has already been conducted in the matter. In view thereof, one month would be sufficient to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner. (3) As such, the Application is allowed. Further one month's time is extended to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.
