The petitioners are 'Shikshan Sewak' appointed by respondent no. 3- School. There appointment were duly approved by the Education Officer. In wake of introduction of 'Salarth ID', the proposal for granting 'Salarth ID' to the petitioners was sent to respondent no. 2- Deputy Director of Education (DDE). Though, the matter was heard by the DDE, but the DDE has not passed any order till the date. 3.

It is pertinent to note here that another fraction of respondent no. 3- School, by filing intervention application, sought intervention in the matter and claimed that name of Shri Siddharth Domaji Ramteke as a Trustee of RR Jaiswal

2 8-wp-4421-25.odt the Trust of respondent no. 3- School is on Schedule-I before the Charity Commissioner. Therefore, it is argued that they should also be heard by the DDE before passing the order. 4.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2- DDE to hear the the petitioners, Shri Sidharth Ramteke, President and the other stake holders and shall decide the proposal submitted by respondent no.3- School within four weeks from today. 5.
