Dropadabai Shankarrao Vanjari from the array of respondents. It is stated in the application that Respondent No.3 died on 06/01/2025. (Death Certificate is enclosed herewith) and as her LRs are already on record. Thus, the applicant want to delete the name of Respondent No.3 from the array of respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature and is on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.3 at his own risk.
