By this application, the tenant is seeking extension of time to vacate the suit premises. According to the applicant, though in the prayer clause, 4 weeks time is sought, he is seeking only ten days time to vacate the suit premises.

The application is strongly opposed by the landlord on the ground that the person who has moved this application, is not party to the proceedings and not a tenant also. Therefore, application itself is not tenable. 3.

In the circumstances, this matter be kept for further consideration on 19.12.2025.
