The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of six months' time to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.

(2) It appears that while disposing of the Petition, six months' time was already granted. However, it is contended that the enquiry could not be concluded. In view thereof, some more time is required. (3) As such, the Application is allowed. Further three months' time is extended to conclude the enquiry and decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner.
