Nos. 4 to 6 by alternate mode of service through R.P.A.D. It is stated in the application that the R. Nos. 4 to 6 are deliberately and intentionally avoiding the service on the given address.

Hence, the petitioner is requesting for permission to serve aforesaid respondents by alternate mode through R.P.A.D.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Permission to serve to the aforesaid respondents through R.P.A.D is granted. Office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within five weeks. Necessary R.P.A.D postage be provided.
