It is stated in the application that notice could not be served to the aforesaid respondent for want of correct address. The petitioner in the application has provided correct address of R. No.4.

Thus, the petitioner wants to make necessary amendment in the cause title by correcting address of R.

No.4.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.

As per the office note, notice issued to R. No.9 received back unserved for want of correct and detail address.

Hence, petitioner is directed to file Civil Application for correct and detail address of R.No.9 within two weeks.
