The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to amend the Petition by adding Ground (D) in view of the non-payment of salary, so also, Paragraph No. 18-A and consequential prayers.

(2) Though the learned AGP objects for the amendment, we are of the considered opinion that the proposed amendment will not change the nature of contest between the parties.

(3) As such, the Application is allowed. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Copies of the amended Petition be supplied to the other side. ..

(5) Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 makes a statement that he will file reply.

(6) The Respondents shall file their replies/say within a period of two weeks after the amendment is carried out.

(7) The Application stands disposed of.
