C.A.W.No. 2933/2025 in Writ Petition No. 4369/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 12.12.2025 The application is taken out for grant permission to delete the names of Respondent No.2, 4 & 7 from the matter. It is stated in the application that Respondent Nos.2,4 7 were died on 10/04/2025, 26/11/2023 and 23/02/2012 respectively. (Death Certificates are enclosed herewith). Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the names of above respondents from the record.

Since, the application is formal in nature and is on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to delete the names of aforesaid respondents at his own risk.
