It is stated in the application that the Respondent No.6 could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve Respondent No.6 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No.6 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Tarun Bharat', widely circulated in Vidharbha region in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
