Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

By this amendment, the petitioner seeks permission to add the respondent No.6 as party respondent and prayer clause (i-a) so as to direct the respondent No.6 to take appropriate decision in fixing the reservation. 3.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent No.6, returnable on 29.01.2026. 6.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. S. V. Narale, waives service of notice for respondent No.6. 7.
The amended copy of petition be supplied to the respondents.

The respondents is at liberty to file additional reply in view of the amendment.

The application stands disposed of.
