No.4 - Sumitrabai Devrao Mangte has expired leaving behind her heirs. Separate application being C.A.W. No. 2083/2023 for bringing LRs is already filed. In that application, name of proposed legal representative-Purshottam S/o Devrao Mangte is mentioned twice at Sr. No.3 and 4. Hence, same name at Sr. No.4 needs to be deleted.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the C.A.W.No. 2083/2023.
