No.2964/2025 in Writ Petition No. 1258/2016 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 25/02/2026 This application is filed by the applicant/ legal heir of deceased Petitioner No. 22 - Vijay Govindrao Deshmukh for bringing her name on record as legal heir of deceased petitioner No.22. As per the application, petitioner No.22 died on 13.09.2025. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the applicant/ legal heir of the deceased petitioner No.22 pray for bringing her name on record as legal heir of deceased petitioner No.22.

It is seen that the Petitioner No.22 has expired on 13.09.2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 05.12.2025 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicant to bring her name as legal heir of the deceased Petitioner No.22 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
