DATED : 13.01.2026 This is an application by the petitioner/applicant praying for hearing of the writ petition in view of the validity certificate issued to the father and the brother of the petitioner. Along with the present application, a validity was issued to her father and brother, along with the judgment in Writ Petition No. 5349/2024, wherein Krish S/o Anand Kumbhare was the petitioner. In the said judgment, this Court, while allowing the petition, directed that the petitioner be issued a validity belonging to the "Halbi" Scheduled Tribe.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the judgment in the case of the
(2) 4 caw 2980-2025 father of the petitioner, namely, Anand Dattatraya Kumbhare, has been sought to be reviewed by the Committee, and a review is already filed which pends before this Court. As far as judgment in Writ Petition No. 5349/2024, i.e., Krish Kumbhare, is concerned, he seeks some time to make a statement in that behalf, after seeking instructions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader is directed to file a reply to the present application as well as an affidavit in reply on merits, if advised, till 21.01.2026. 5.
Place the matter for further consideration on 27.01.2026, during which period, rejoinder, if any, to be filed by the petitioner.
