Babybai W/o Tulshiram Nasre on record. It is stated in the application that Respondent No.13 expired on 31/10/2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed with application. Hence, it is necessary to bring legal heirs of Respondent No.

13 on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has expired on 31/10/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 01/12/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 13 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
