By present application, respondent No.8 is seeking permission to pass order in terms of show cause notice issued under Section 74(10) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The permission is so sought because on the previous date, this Court has directed the respondents to not take coercive steps against the petitioner until further orders. 2.

Mr. Avinash Poddar, learned Senior Counsel, submits that petitioner has no objection, if the order, as proposed, is passed.

In view thereof, the application is allowed as prayed for. The application is accordingly disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 1596 OF 2025 4.
