No. 3007/2025 IN WRIT PETITION No.6049/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 09.01.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos. 7&8 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar", Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
