By this application, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are seeking extension of time to conclude the enquiry for further two months. This Court by order dated 26/09/2025 extended two months' period to conclude the enquiry. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Further two months' time is extended by way of last chance. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall take all endeavours to conclude the enquiry within the extended period. No further extension will be granted. 4.

As the petitioner is reinstated, however, it appears that in spite of order dated 21/11/2025, he was not reinstated on his original post. Therefore, the respondents KHUNTE

1-CAW3014.25.odt 2/2 are directed to reinstate the petitioner on his original post within a week, otherwise this Court will think of issuing notice under the Contempt of Courts Act.
