The petitioners have filed these civil applications for condonation of delay in filing application for bring legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.7 and 10 on record ;

Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed.

The delay in filing application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.7 and 10 is condoned. Abatement against deceased respondent nos.7 and 10 is set aside. The legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.7 and 10 are permitted to be brought on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

Issue notice to the newly added legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 7 and 10.

Mr. Gaurav Khond, learned counsel waives service on behalf of the newly added legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.7 and 10.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
