DATED : 17.02.2026 The present civil application is filed for amendment. As pointed out by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that by way of proposed amendment, he proposes to add respondent No.7, who is a Director of Education of the Maharashtra State, and certain actual averments in the petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 opposes the application. 3.

However, for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos. 1 and 5 of the application, the application is allowed.

The amendment to be carried out within a week from today, with an amended copy to the other side. 5.

On carrying out such amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondent No.7.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.7.

Respondents are at liberty to file an additional affidavit/reply to the amended portion of the writ petition. 8.

Stand over to 12.03.2026, during which period the entire exercise should be made.
