The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner waives the right of her caste claim as "Dhoba" (Scheduled Tribe) and she will accept her appointment on supernumerary post in wake of Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022.

Therefore, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 - Municipal Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagur to grant the benefits of the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022, if she is eligible.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Civil Application (CAW) No. 3040/2025 stands disposed of accordingly.
