It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent No.2 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the petitioner is providing correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Thus, the petitioner wants to serve on correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
