It is stated in the application that notice could not be served to Respondent No.4 for want of correct address. The petitioner in this application has provided correct address of R. No.4. Thus, the petitioner requested to grant permission to file correct address of Respondent No.4.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to Respondent No.4, returnable within four weeks.

As per office note, notice issued to R.Nos.1 & 2 received back unserved for want of time for service. Hence, returnable date is extended by four weeks.
