It is stated in the application that the address of of Respondent No.2 was incorrect and he is providing correct address of aforesaid respondent. Thus, the petitioner want to correct the address of Respondent No.2.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within four weeks.
