C.A.W. No. 3083/2025 IN WRIT PETITION No. 7649/2025 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 24.12.2025 This application is taken out by learned counsel for the petitioner for amendment / correction in serial numbers of respondents.

It is stated in the application that due to inadvertent error occurred on account of automated pagination by the computer while preparation of petition, particulars of Respondent No.5 got split up into two, resulting in creation of an unintended Respondent No.6 and further pushing the total serial numbers of Respondents to 10 instead of 9. Thus the petitioner requested to correct the cause title by merging Respondent Nos. 5&6 into a single and to change the numbers serially by making serial numbers of Respondents as 1 to 9 instead of 1 to 10.

Since, the application is formal in nature and is on Solemn Affirmation, the same is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to merge Respondent Nos.5&6 as Respondent No.5 and also permitted to correct the serial numbers of Respondent Nos.6 to 9 in the petition as prayed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title.
