By this application, the applicant seeks permission to intervene in the petition by contending that the applicant Nos.1 to 4 are the members of the Gram Panchayat and applicant No.5 is Voter.

Although the respondent Nos.6 and 7 have opposed the application, the application is not opposed by the petitioner.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the same is allowed. The applicants/interveners are permitted to be joined as interveners in the petition to render assistance. 4.
