In view of the error in the Registration number contained in this Court's Order dated 04.12.2025, as pointed out by the Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar, Canacona, Goa, the following correction shall be incorporated in the order of 04.12.2025. At paragraphs no.4 and 8, where the Entry Number is shown as 125/2016, a correction shall be effected to read the same as Entry No.25/2016. The correction shall be carried out, and the corrected Order dated 04.12.2025 shall be re-uploaded.

3. The Registry to forward the corrected Order of this Court to the Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar, Canacona, who shall carry out the 5th January, 2026

MCAM 21 of 2025 cancellation of the registration under Entry No.25/2016 in accordance with the Order.
