1. The Respondent has been served by notice of this Court on 02.12.2025, through Email; the endorsement to that effect is found in the Farad. Apart from the notice sent through Email, the Respondent has also received a private notice sent by the Applicant to her Email ID. In reply to this notice, the Applicant submitted that she had attempted to log in during the hearing on 02.12.2025, but it was not possible for her to log in through the link provided since the system did not allow the Respondent to log in through her German phone number. The Respondent also records in her Email that she has no objection to the application being allowed and the registration of marriage being cancelled. The printout of the Email is taken on record. The divorce is granted by the Family Court at Konstanz, Germany on grounds that the Petitioner and Respondent were separated for over 5th December, 2025

MCAM 23 of 2025 three years.

2. When the matter was called out, none appeared for the Respondent nor did the Respondent appear online.
