1. Mr. Bernard Fernandes, learned Counsel, has waived service on behalf of the Respondent and has put in appearance today. Learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that he has received instructions via email to appear for the Respondent and further submits that the Respondent has no objection to the grant of the application. The affidavit of service placed on record by the Applicant records that the service on the Respondent has been effected through email/WhatsApp, by Speed Post AD and by courier.

2. Considering that the Respondent has been served and today she submits through her Counsel that she has no objection to the grant of the application, the Decree dated 03.10.2024 of the Family Courts 9th January, 2026

MCAM 25 of 2025 Sitting at Birmingham, Civil and Family Justice Centre in England, is confirmed. For reasons to follow, the Entry No.746 of 2019 in the Marriage Register of Tiswadi under the Civil Registrar at Panaji shall stand cancelled/deleted. The Civil Registrar, Panaji, shall carry out the necessary deletion/entry and endorse in the said Register.

3. The Application stands disposed of.
