The present application is filed by the respondent No.1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation, which was deposited by the appellant in the Court. It appears that the amount of compensation of Rs.1,89,57,802/- along with accrued interest is deposited by the appellant on 16/08/2024. The applicant/respondent No.1 is sufferred with 85% permanent disability that details of expenses to be incurred are given in the application. Considering all these aspects, we are of the considered opinion that 50% of the amount deposited is allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent No.1 on furnishing usual undertaking within a period of one week and 25% of the amount to be released in favour of respondent No.1 on KHUNTE

The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing usual undertaking within a period of one week and 25% of the amount to be released in favour of respondent No.1 on furnishing bank guarantee. The proportionate interest accrued on the amount shall also be disbusred in favour of respondent No.1.

The in-charge of Nazir Section to take appropriate steps and disburse the amount after due verification of bank details.
