This Application is filed by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2/Claimants for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount of compensation along with the interest.

The learned Counsel for Appellant/Insurance Company fairly submitted that the Insurance Company has already withdrawn the present Appeal.

In view of the above submission, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) and the Respondent Nos.1 and 2/Claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire balance amount of compensation lying with this Court along with the accrued interest thereon till date in equal proportion. 5.
