The Applicants, who are the Original Claimants, are seeking corrections in the Judgment dated 20/8/2015 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 952/2008 in respect of the name of Project, under which the disputed land was acquired. 3.

Admittedly, this Court in line No.3 of paragraph No.2 of the aforesaid Judgment has termed the project as "Arunawati Project", however, after going through the Judgment of the learned Reference Court, it is evident that the land under dispute was acquired for the construction of submergence area "KumbharKinhi Minor Irrigation Project". Thus, it appears that due to

2/2 38.caf.141.2025 in fa.952.2008.odt typographical mistake, this Court might have mentioned that the land under acquisition was for "Arunawati Project". 4.

The learned Counsel for contesting Acquiring Body i.e. present Respondent No.3 also did not dispute the fact that the land under acquisition was for Kumbhar-Kinhi Minor Irrigation Project.

In view of the same, by invoking powers under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause -(a).

The learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to carry out amendment as per the aforesaid prayer clause in the Judgment dated 20/8/2015 in First Appeal No. 952/2008 within one week from today.
