This is an Application for withdrawal of amount. By order dated 06.08.2025 the Appeal came to be disposed of in view of the amicable settlement between the parties. The amount under the award is lying in this Court. The said order shows that, the consent was given to withdraw the amount with accrued interest by the Claimants. The para 3 of the said order is reproduced below:- "3.

As per the settlement agreement/consent terms, party No. 2, i.e. original claimants, undertake to withdraw Special Darkhast No.38/2023 pending before the executing court. Similarly, party No.1, i.e. the appellant, has given consent to withdraw the amount of Rs. 13,18,608.31 along with accrued interest thereon lying in the Court by party No.2."
