By this application, the appellant seeks grant of stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 04.07.2025, passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-3, Nagpur. 5.

Subject to the appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation along with interest, in this Court, within a period of eight weeks from today, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned Judgment and Award, till next date.
