O R D E R

(Passed on 14.03.2026) This Appeal by the Insurance Company against the Award dated 20/06/2025 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in MACP No. 82/2022, is amicably settled between the Appellant and Respondent no. 1-Original Claimant for an amount of Rs. 8,00,225/- along with the interest accrued thereon.

The terms of compromise are filed by the parties along with the signature by respective Advocates. The Appeal stands disposed of, as per the terms of compromise.

As per compromise Pursis, the settled amount is agreed to be deposited by the Insurance Company in the bank account of Respondent no. 1, the details of which, are mentioned in the Pursis.
