DATE : 27.03.2026 This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company. The applicants/respondent Nos.1 & 2 are the dependents of the deceased, who has died in the vehicular accident. The amount of compensation is deposited by the insurance company and since the original claimants are entitled for the amount, at this stage, they are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the amount. Hence, the application is allowed.

The respondent Nos.1 & 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited, along with accrued interest, subject to furnishing the usual undertaking.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
