5. It is stated in the application that notice issued to R.No. 5 returned back unserved with remark that she does not reside at the given address. Hence, the petitioner prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
